What began with a love of cooking for family and friends soon became a dream of something more. With immense encouragement from my wife, whose belief in my talent turned a simple idea into a journey.
As the orders grew, so did the dreams. We eventually took a leap of faith and opened our food truck, The journey came with challenges, but through hard work, perseverance and support of our customers, Ruh's became one of the area's most beloved food truck.
Today, Ruh's Indian Bistro Bar is the next chapter of our journey- a dream that grew from our kitchen, to a food truck and now into a place we are proud to call home.
